A bit about Amanda...
“I believe that anyone can benefit from an active participation in the arts, and pride myself in creating safe spaces that foster creativity, curiosity and reflection.”
— Amanda Beagle
The story goes that when I was three years old, I told my mom to get me an agent and put me on the stage.
From those early years onward, singing and performing have been central to my life—whether onstage or mentoring others to pursue their dreams. My career has taken me from luxury cruise liners to symphony orchestra concerts, regional theater productions, producing my own concerts and cabarets and even the Miss America stage. Like any singer, I’ve experienced my share of ups and downs, but those experiences have only deepened my passion for creating a space where others can learn and grow.
I earned my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University, where I built a strong foundation in vocal technique, musicianship, and performance. Later, I completed a Master of Science in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University, which expanded my understanding of the professional side of the performing arts and the many paths available to today’s singers.
Teaching and mentoring have been a constant in my adult life. I began giving voice lessons as a college student teaching at local high schools and have continued ever since. Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with singers of all ages—from young beginners discovering their voices for the first time to teens preparing for auditions, competitions, and performances.
Along the way, I’ve pursued additional training and certifications, including work with Estill Voice International and The Singing Athlete. These programs have connected me with a wonderful community of voice teachers and performers who share a passion for healthy, science-based vocal training.
My goal as a teacher is to create the kind of learning environment I wish had existed when I was growing up— structured training that offers a place where singers feel encouraged, challenged, and supported as they develop both their technique and their confidence. I believe growth is a lifelong pursuit, and I invite my students to share in that spirit of curiosity, dedication, and joy within my voice studio community.
