Grown-up & Me music class in Warren, Ohio
Why I offer Grown-up and Me music classes at my studio…
When my daughter was old enough for a parent-and-me music class, we were still very much living through the COVID years.
I had imagined spending those early years going on outings, singing, dancing, and meeting other parents with little ones. Instead, so much of that time was spent at home. Like so many parents, I craved community, connection, and honestly... I just needed a reason to get out of the house.
When we were finally able to attend classes together, I quickly realized they were about so much more than music.
They gave us something to look forward to each week. They helped socialize my child. They created opportunities to meet other families. And they gave me a chance to connect with other parents who understood this season of life.
That's why I'm so excited to offer Music Explorers, my new parent-and-me music class for ages 2–4.
Yes, we'll sing, move, play instruments, and explore music together. But my hope is that it's also a place where friendships begin, children grow in confidence, and caregivers leave feeling a little more connected than when they arrived.
Sometimes the greatest gift isn't just the music—it's finding your people.
I can't wait to welcome you and your little one into our musical community.
